Agreement and applicability
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and WallsToWonder (“WallsToWonder”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern access to and use of our website, mobile applications, marketplace, dashboards, AI-powered tools, communications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, uploading content or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you use the Platform for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Questions may be sent to info@wallstowonder.com.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
- You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it when it changes.
- You are responsible for your credentials, devices and activity performed through your account.
- You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
- One person or business may not create deceptive, duplicate or impersonating accounts.
Our marketplace role
WallsToWonder provides technology that helps customers explore interior ideas and discover, compare or contact designers, companies and other professionals. Unless expressly stated in writing, WallsToWonder does not provide architectural, engineering, construction, contracting or interior-execution services.
Professionals listed on the Platform are independent third parties. WallsToWonder is not their employer, partner, agent or representative and is not automatically a party to any quotation, appointment, service agreement, payment or dispute between a customer and a professional.
You are responsible for evaluating a professional’s identity, credentials, licences, insurance, portfolio, quotation, materials, timelines and suitability before engaging them. Any contract for professional services should be documented directly between the relevant parties.
Professional listings, badges and visibility
Designers and companies are responsible for ensuring that their profile, portfolio, prices, credentials, availability, business information and claims are accurate and lawful.
- Plan badges indicate a Platform plan or feature level; they are not a guarantee of qualifications, workmanship, financial standing or project outcome.
- Earned badges, ratings and reviews reflect Platform criteria or user feedback at a point in time and may change.
- Paid visibility can improve placement or access to tools but does not guarantee profile views, enquiries, clients, revenue or projects.
- We may review, request evidence for, correct, restrict or remove misleading professional claims.
AI tools and generated outputs
The Platform may provide AI-generated room images, design suggestions, style results, scores, quotation observations, material ideas, cost estimates, summaries and chat responses (“AI Outputs”). AI Outputs are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, impractical, similar to other outputs or unsuitable for your circumstances.
- AI Outputs are conceptual and informational; they are not architectural drawings, engineering advice, legal advice, a bill of quantities or a guaranteed quotation.
- Dimensions, structure, electrical work, plumbing, fire safety, accessibility, materials, pricing and regulatory requirements must be checked by qualified professionals.
- You must have the right and permission to upload every image, floor plan, quotation, prompt or other input.
- Subject to these Terms, applicable law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for you for personal planning and legitimate business discussion. We do not guarantee exclusivity or ownership of any AI Output.
- You must not use AI tools to impersonate others, create unlawful or deceptive material, infringe rights or present conceptual output as certified professional work.
Your content and reviews
You retain ownership of content you submit, including photos, projects, reviews, messages, business details and prompts (“User Content”). You grant WallsToWonder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and distribute User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and promote the Platform and your public listing.
If you upload portfolio, project or professional-profile images, this licence includes permission for WallsToWonder to select, resize, format, caption and publish those images on the Platform and on WallsToWonder’s social-media, marketing and promotional channels to promote your designer or company profile, your featured work, or WallsToWonder. We will not claim ownership of your images.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use the User Content and that it does not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights. Public-profile content may remain visible until removed or the relevant account is closed, subject to backups, legal retention and content already shared by others.
You may request removal of a specific promotional use by emailing info@wallstowonder.com. We will address valid requests within a reasonable period, although removal may not affect printed material, content already lawfully reshared by others, or copies retained for legal and archival purposes.
Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not be fabricated, manipulated, defamatory or posted in exchange for an undisclosed benefit. We may label, restrict or remove content and reviews that violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
You must use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- upload illegal, harmful, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or privacy-invasive material;
- impersonate a person or business, misrepresent credentials, create fake reviews or submit fraudulent enquiries;
- infringe copyright, trademark, confidentiality, publicity or other rights;
- upload malware, interfere with security, bypass limits or attempt unauthorised access;
- scrape, copy, harvest or commercially exploit Platform data without written permission;
- send spam, unsolicited promotions or abusive communications;
- use the Platform or AI Outputs to deceive customers or facilitate unlawful activity; or
- help another person do any of the above.
Our intellectual property
The Platform, software, interface, branding, logos, databases, templates and original content are owned by WallsToWonder or its licensors. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended personal or business purpose while you comply with these Terms.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, modify, distribute or create derivative products from the Platform except where applicable law expressly permits it or we give written permission.
Customer packs and generation limits
Customer paid packs are one-time digital purchases, not recurring subscriptions, unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Current pack price, generation allowance, output quality and validity are shown before purchase.
- Paid customer-pack access currently lasts 30 days from successful purchase.
- A generation is used when a new AI design image is requested and successfully processed under the applicable tool rules.
- Unused generations expire when the pack validity ends and do not roll over unless we expressly state otherwise.
- You may purchase another pack if you use your allowance or your access expires.
- Temporary service problems may be addressed by restoring an affected generation or extending access, at our reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law.
Expert subscriptions
Wonder Pro and Wonder Pro Plus are recurring professional subscriptions available with the billing period displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, subject to payment-provider rules and any advance notice required by law.
- Monthly plans are billed each month; yearly plans are billed for the full year shown at checkout.
- Plan features, visibility and limits may vary by tier and may include operational or manually managed promotional benefits.
- Paid visibility and tools do not guarantee enquiries, rankings, revenue or projects.
- If payment fails, we may retry collection, limit paid features or return the account to free access.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
Payments are processed by Razorpay or another payment provider displayed at checkout. We do not store full card details. You authorise the applicable charge, taxes and recurring mandate shown during checkout.
- You may request cancellation of an expert subscription through available billing controls or by contacting us. Unless applicable law or checkout terms require otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the paid billing period ends.
- Customer packs cannot be cancelled as subscriptions because they are one-time purchases.
- Refund eligibility depends on the product, whether digital benefits have begun, checkout disclosures and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes a non-waivable statutory right.
- For duplicate charges, failed fulfilment or billing errors, contact info@wallstowonder.com with the account email and payment reference.
- We may change future prices or plan features after giving any notice required by law. A change will not alter a completed one-time purchase or already-paid billing period unless necessary for security, law or service integrity.
Third-party services and transactions
The Platform may integrate or link to payment processors, authentication providers, analytics tools, mapping services, social platforms, AI providers and professional websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
WallsToWonder is not responsible for third-party sites, independent professional services or transactions completed outside the Platform. A link, listing or integration does not by itself constitute endorsement.
Reporting, takedowns and grievances
To report unlawful content, impersonation, privacy concerns, intellectual-property infringement, payment problems or another grievance, email info@wallstowonder.com with:
- your name and contact details;
- the relevant URL, profile, content or transaction reference;
- a clear explanation and supporting evidence; and
- the action you are requesting.
Grievance contact: Grievance Officer, WallsToWonder · info@wallstowonder.com. We will acknowledge and address valid complaints within timelines required by applicable law. We may request identity or authority verification before acting.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.
We may send transactional messages about accounts, security, purchases, enquiries and service changes. Marketing communications will include available opt-out controls, but opting out of marketing does not stop necessary service messages.
Suspension, termination and account closure
You may stop using the Platform or request account closure. We may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to legal requirements, prevent harm or address non-payment.
On closure, rights to use paid features end in accordance with the relevant billing period and applicable law. Provisions that by nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and dispute terms—will continue to apply.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, a particular ranking, business outcome or that all content, profiles, reviews, AI Outputs, estimates or third-party information will be accurate.
WallsToWonder does not warrant the quality, safety, legality, pricing, availability or performance of an independent professional. You should conduct your own checks and use written contracts for professional services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WallsToWonder and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss, including lost profits, business opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from use of the Platform, AI Outputs or independent professional services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to the relevant service will not exceed the greater of INR 5,000 or the amount you paid WallsToWonder for that service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, including non-waivable consumer rights.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WallsToWonder and its personnel from third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful use of the Platform, User Content, professional services, breach of these Terms or violation of another person’s rights. We will provide reasonable notice and cooperation where practicable.
Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, you and WallsToWonder agree to attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days after written notice of the dispute.
Subject to non-waivable consumer remedies and matters that cannot legally be arbitrated, unresolved disputes will be referred to a single arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Pune, Maharashtra, proceedings will be in English and the award may be enforced by a competent court.
Courts in Pune, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over non-arbitrable matters and applications relating to arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents an eligible consumer from using a consumer commission or another statutory remedy that cannot be waived.
Changes and general terms
- We may update these Terms for new features, business practices, security or legal requirements. The updated date will appear at the top, and material changes will be communicated where required.
- If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining Terms will continue.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement without our written consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganisation, financing or business transfer.
- These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement about use of the Platform, except for a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.
