Can I start for free?

Yes. Create a free account and build your professional profile without card details. Free Listing lets you establish your presence and review matched lead briefs. Contact unlocks, expanded uploads and other business tools depend on your plan.

How do matched leads and contact unlocks work?

Matches use your company city and service areas. Review the available project brief, homeowner activity and AI concepts before upgrading. A complete profile and an eligible paid plan are required for lead contact access. Wonder Pro includes 10 fresh contact unlocks per billing month; Wonder Pro Plus includes 30. Can I manage a company as well as my designer profile?

Yes. You can manage your designer and company profiles. Search for your company first; if it already exists, open its page and use the claim process rather than creating a duplicate. Otherwise, create your company from the dashboard and add your team and work.

How does a yearly plan work?

A yearly subscription is paid upfront for the year. Contact unlocks are issued monthly: 10 on Wonder Pro or 30 on Wonder Pro Plus. The full year’s unlocks are not issued together. Monthly billing is also available.

Are Wonder Pro membership and earned badges the same?

Wonder Pro identifies a paid membership and its platform benefits. Earned Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite levels follow separate profile, review and activity criteria. See Designer Badges for the requirements.

What should I have ready?

Start with a professional photo, a short introduction, your experience, services and locations. Add project photos you have permission to publish, with clear titles and descriptions. You can add more details later.

Does a paid plan guarantee enquiries or projects?

No. Paid plans provide the visibility, contact access and business tools listed on the plan page. Enquiries and project outcomes depend on homeowner demand, your service area, portfolio and follow-up.
